At long last! We know many of you have been waiting (very patiently) to try your hand at playing gamelan, and now we can happily invite you to a couple of workshops at our Long Island City studio on Sunday, 11th of June. We are especially excited to give you, dear friends the opportunity to try out or beautiful instruments which have recently arrived from Bali.
This is also a chance for interested new Gamelan Dharma Swara-sters to meet us and see about joining our merry group.
We are offering an all-ages Family Workshop from 11am-12pm – $20 plus $5 for each additional participant. Following this, is a General Workshop for ages 13+ at 1pm-3pm – $20. Get your TICKETS now as they will be $25 on the day, and space is limited!
